The textured geomembrane, also known as rough surface HDPE membrane, is a high-performance anti-seepage and anti-slip engineering membrane developed by special surface texturing technology on the basis of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) raw materials. Through advanced co-extrusion blow molding or surface spraying roughening process, uniform and dense rough textures or column-shaped protrusions are formed on one or both sides of the smooth membrane surface. While retaining the excellent anti-seepage, corrosion resistance and aging resistance of ordinary HDPE geomembrane, it greatly improves the interface friction coefficient between the membrane and soil, geotextile, concrete and other base materials, thoroughly solving the sliding and instability problems of smooth geomembrane in steep slope laying projects.
The most prominent advantage is excellent anti-slip and anti-stripping performance. The unique rough surface structure significantly enhances the bonding friction between the membrane and the contact medium, effectively preventing membrane sliding, displacement and peeling in high-gradient slope projects, greatly improving the overall structural stability and construction safety of the project. It inherits all the superior properties of high-quality HDPE materials, with ultra-low water permeability, strong resistance to chemical corrosion, acid and alkali erosion, and anti-aging, anti-ultraviolet and anti-environmental stress cracking capabilities, adapting to various harsh geological and climatic environments. The product has high tensile strength and tear resistance, strong adaptability to foundation deformation, not easy to crack. In addition, it has stable physical and chemical properties, simple welding construction, reliable seam connection, and can be customized with single-sided or double-sided rough surfaces according to project needs, with strong engineering adaptability.
It is specially suitable for steep slope anti-seepage and stabilization projects such as landfills, tailings ponds, slag yards and reservoir dams. It is also widely used in sewage treatment pools, evaporation ponds, tunnel anti-seepage, underground foundation protection, roof greening and other engineering scenarios that require high anti-slip stability and anti-seepage performance of membrane materials.
